Mr. Mahesh Panpalia – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A visionary leader and social development expert, Mr. Mahesh Panpalia founded Dhara Sansthan with a mission to empower rural communities through sustainable solutions. With over two decades of experience in grassroots development, he has been instrumental in shaping the organization's strategic vision and impact-driven programs.

Core Management & Program Heads

• Program Director – Rural Livelihoods & NRM : Leads initiatives on agriculture, animal husbandry, and natural resource management. Works closely with local farmers to build climate-resilient livelihoods.
• Head – Health & Nutrition Programs :Oversees maternal and child health interventions, nutrition awareness campaigns, and partnerships with public health institutions.
• Education & Child Protection Coordinator :Drives initiatives around quality education, bridge programs, and child rights protection in underserved regions.
• Women Empowerment & SHG Manager Focuses on building women's self-help groups, capacity building, entrepreneurship, and financial inclusion for women.
• Skill Development & Youth Engagement Officer :Manages vocational training centers and career readiness programs to equip rural youth with employable skills.

Field Team & Community Mobilizers

Our field team is the backbone of Dhara Sansthan's grassroots work. From remote villages to tribal hamlets, our community mobilizers, social workers, and village volunteers engage with beneficiaries daily—conducting trainings, surveys, awareness sessions, and need assessments.
