Poverty in rural India is not just about lack of income — it's about lack of opportunity. Dhara Sansthan’s Livelihood initiatives focus on helping individuals unlock income potential through training, resources, and support.

Our work with farmers includes promoting climate-resilient crops, vermicomposting, organic farming, and market linkages. With better knowledge and fewer input costs, farmers earn more and use water wisely.

Women and youth are supported to start income-generating activities such as dairy farming, poultry, tailoring, candle making, and food processing. We also connect them with government schemes and subsidies to help scale their work.

We provide small seed capital and financial literacy workshops so micro-enterprises don’t just start — they succeed and sustain.

By integrating technical training, mentoring, and market access, Dhara Sansthan helps families become financially stable, resilient, and hopeful.
